I Made You the Only Disney Packing List That Matters

(aka: I thought of everything so you don’t have to)

Let me guess. You’re the packer in your family. The one who remembers the birth certificates, the backup lovey, the portable sound machine, and the charger for the charger. Or at least... you try to.

I see you. I am you.

And that’s exactly why I created the TST Packing Guide for Walt Disney World — a carefully curated, mom-tested checklist built on years of experience, mistakes, and those “never again” moments we all know too well.

This isn’t a generic packing list pulled from the internet.

This is the list I’ve fine-tuned over hundreds of Disney trips, as a former Cast Member, a Disney bride, a travel advisor, and a mom of two. I’ve done it all. Packed too much. Forgot the swim diapers. Overlooked the MagicBands. Lived through bubble wand meltdowns and the great stroller-fan battery shortage of 2022.

I made this list so you don’t have to.

Because when you’re getting ready for a Disney vacation, the last thing you need is to be up at midnight Googling whether you really need ponchos (yes), if Disney sells gum (nope), or whether your toddler will survive without their favorite sippy cup (highly unlikely).

And if you think this packing list is thorough, just wait until I plan your entire trip.

Why this list is different

Because I didn’t just throw in the basics. I included the real-life, nitty-gritty things you actually need to survive and thrive at Disney.

Like:

  • A change of clothes in your carry-on for splashy arrivals

  • A refillable straw so your iced latte or margarita isn’t ruined by paper sadness

  • A laundry bag (though, pop-up hampers are my preference) to keep hotel chaos in check

  • And line entertainment that isn’t just screens (bubbles, stickers, even a card game or two)

There’s even a whole section just for babies and toddlers, including the pro move of having diapers delivered instead of taking up half your suitcase.

Trust me on that one.

This is just the beginning.

Packing well sets the tone for your whole vacation. It’s the difference between frantic Target runs in Orlando and actually relaxing into the magic.

So whether you’re already booked or just starting to dream, know this: I care deeply about every family I work with, and it shows. I made this guide because I want your trip to feel easy, effortless, and full of those moments you’ll talk about for years.

This is the kind of detail I bring to everything I plan.

Because you’re not just going on a trip. You’re making memories that matter.

And if I can help you pack like a pro, imagine what happens when I handle the rest.

Download the guide. Pack with confidence.

Then let’s make some magic together.
